I applied online and got an email to schedule an interview a couple days later. The manager came back and interviewed me one on one, but she seemed like she was in a rush to get back to work. She asked some standard questions about my availability and past experience. A few days later I got the email that I wansn't hired.

What is a time when you were rewarded for an accomplishment?
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
