I was called one day and about a week later I was in a group interview. We were asked to answer a hand full of questions; answer the questions the way you see fit and you'll be in. If they were interested, a background check was put in and if you passed, you were hired. It took about 2 weeks for me to be hired. Many from my group were hired.The people I met are all great people and I do not mind working with and for them. I've learned much in very little time.

Describe a time where you were told how great your customer service was.
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
