They are extremely unprofessional, first of all. After applying for the position, they sent me an email stating that I was compatible with the role. They also wanted me to take an assessment, including some open-ended and role-related questions and two video responses. Even though there was a statement, "please feel free to reach out in case you have any questions," they never replied to my inquiry. After taking the assessment within the deadline, I noticed that they never checked it. I didn't even get a negative response. It was just a waste of time. I don't believe that any reputable company would treat a candidate with such disrespect. Therefore, if a company representative is reading this comment, you should understand that your human resources department is an absolute disaster.
