I agree with the other review which says they use you only to get information! They kept asking me lots of technical questions about how to do certain specific stuff about things they still haven't implemented. AVOID this scam.

Process included a call with a recruiter, who was very nice and told me about multiple teams that are open, and a take home coding test (C++). Test was not lengthily, and I was given a week.
