The First Round of interview was telephonic. Koch Industries concentrates on Behavioral Skills more. First round was mainly HR behavioral. The second round started with Self Introduction, Project Roles and Responsibilities. There were questions asked on AWS in depth. Overall the interview was good . I answered most of the questions
