This is easily the most thorough interview process that I have ever been through, and I'm grateful, because it means I get to work with awesome people. After applying online and taking the online skills test (which you can take multiple times until you're satisfied), I was offered an interview. There were two parts to the interview. For the first part, I took two or three more skills/math tests. Then, I had a 1:1 interview with another person, where we discussed my background, employment, and anything else I felt she had to know. Within two days, I was offered to come back for training at the casino for which I applied. The first two days of training, which is paid by the way, was also part of the interview. We were given training manuals, taught blackjack and baccaurat, and got a chance to play. We did some speed tests and drills as well. After the second day, we turned in our name tags and training manuals and hoped we got a good phone call!

Three phases. First was a group interview going over responsibilities and logistics including expected wardrobe, then brief math quiz to demonstrate expectations for on the job mental math. Then they reached out to schedule a second interview time. I know there's three in all, but I didn't go through with the process
