1) Brief phone interview. Friendly and easy. Just quick, general get-to-know-you questions. At the end, set up a date and time for a face-to-face interview. 2) In-person interview. Also very friendly and easy. All your general interview type questions. The one question that stood out is "What does integrity mean to you?" You're then given a couple tests. One is on paper; it is a timed basic math test. Another is on a computer screen; also timed to test your math skills. Deck of cards are shown on screen one-by-one. Your job is to accurately add each value to the previous value as fast as you can. 3) Receive a phone call a few days later asking to come in for a 2-day training/final interview process. It is a paid period, $75/day, $150 total. If you get this far, you might as well show up if you have nothing to do during the day. You'll be paid to basically play blackjack for 2 days. Group training of about 6 people. Here you learn more about what your role is and how to do it. Starts off by learning blackjack and how to perform your job according to blackjack and its rules. You will be given occasional math tests throughout this 2day period. 4) At the end of the second day, you will have a final interview. Basically, all the same questions asked again. Added is what do you think of the position, how do you like it, etc. Final chance for them to evaluate you. Last question is why should I hire you. If you have higher ambitions than to stay in the same position, don't show it too much. 5) Phone call a day or two later saying whether or not you got the job.

Three phases. First was a group interview going over responsibilities and logistics including expected wardrobe, then brief math quiz to demonstrate expectations for on the job mental math. Then they reached out to schedule a second interview time. I know there's three in all, but I didn't go through with the process
