The first step was the outreach, the CEO of Knight Tron contacted me after I replied to an ad on Craigs list about 6 months ago. Then initial interview was a call screening with him and the Art Director, they wanted to know how long I been designing, how many classes I took at school, and also requested to see my portfolio as any development studio would. From there was a face to face interview at a restaurant, and they explained more about the company's history and what their goals are for the future.
