Met with the terminal manager, a driver manager, and driver development manager. Once I was given the OK, I met with a vice president for his blessing. I called a week later to follow up and was offered the position.

I had a group interview with multiple managers asking typical HR type questions. Asked me the same questions multiple times. They led me to believe it was a high pressure, fast paced environment.
