Was first approach by Abhi (HR) for screening and underwent 2 rounds of interviews at Knight Frank, Sydney Head Office. Director advised there was an urgency for the role to be filled asap and I seemed to be a great fit to the team. I went through a second interview and was also advised I was a great fit to the team with an urgency to commence asap.
After the second interview, Knight Frank went silent. I chased up and was then advised the position was not required at the time and internal resourcing was being reviewed. To date (Dec 23), I have still not been formally advised how I have performed. No one has reached out. Communication post interview is poor. If someone is not the right candidate, give them the respect of letting them know they have not been successful. This is a global company with a dedicated HR team and still no one managed to advise me of an outcome. Poor interview, Glad to not have been given an offer here as it comes to show you are just a number in the company and probably not truly valued.
