Recruitment event, 1:1 to discuss CV and job role most suited and then another 1:1 interview which was run by a team member and not a senior member of staff. This process was such a waste of my time as I was told I'd be contacted following the final interview which never happened. I was also told that I'd be put forward for future interviews due to having good experience which again... never happened. This company should really set realistic expectations for whether there will be a job offered or not as I have heard from multiple people that they have had the same experience. The interviewer was brief and did not really know what to ask me so it seemed like more of an informal conversation surrounding the job. Overall just a prolonged waste of time.
