Online application with CV submission. Then a competency based telephone interview followed by an assessment centre which involved a group task and a presentation or interview depending if you were cognate or non-cog. The assessment centre was very disorganised; cognate and non-cog students were mixed up and given the wrong tasks, which will have lead to unfair advantages for some.

Pretty standard process: Application -> Tests -> Hirevue -> Video Interview.
The Video Interview itself was great, the interviewers were personable and the questions ranged from standard behavioural questions ("Why Knight Frank?") to some more situational questions.

The interview process was fine, some competency questions and then also questions on why the company is a fit. There was also a case study section in which you are asked to review three case studies, provided with an investor profile and asked to rank and explain the best investment for the investor.

Well structured with appropriate case studies and questions. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and the role was outlined well. It was efficient, lasting only a couple of hours rather than a whole day.
