I engaged with one-on-one interview about my customer service and team skills. They also had around 30 people in the room for group exersizes where you were given a customer scenario and had to come up with a response together.

the interview process was easy. but be prepared like any other interview. The team wants to know how well you'll get along etc etc. The hiring team was great!
