First they give you a call to schedule an interview. Then you have the interview with the hiring manager, and they let you know that day if you got the job. In about 3 weeks your scheduled for orientation you sit in watch videos fill out papers and documents and wait for your starting date.

Drug Test, lot's of questions about what kinds of experiences you had that would help you in the role if you've never worked as a cashier or have a non existent resume
It was mostly online, and about an hour long. You have to fill out a lot of questions about how you feel about topics (mostly pertaining to work ethic and integrity) along a spectrum. Then you do a video-game like interview where you pretend to interact with customers. Finally, you interview in person.

Entrevista
I waited at customer service and told them I had a interview. I went in a room with a lady and asked my capabilities. Told me the requirements for the job and gave me my paper work to get hired.
