Had to interview with two different managers. Very nice and explained the task I would have to perform at work. Discussed pay, hours, and availability. Asked about transportation and previous work history. Was offered the job, you have to complete a background check and drug test, which is normal. Also discussed my facial piercings and that I would have to wear retainers for them.

How you would get people to sign up for Shop Your Way?
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
