Applied online, got a call the next day for a interview. Sat in the break room for about 10 minutes until the manager called me into her office for the interview. At first she asked questions like why I wanted to work at Kmart then after that she wanted to talk about my previous work experiences, how I dealt with customers in different situations, interview went on for about 5 minutes then the manager told me to wait in the break room and waited another 5 or so minutes just so she could tell me that they decided not to hire me and that I needed more experience. The problem with that is that I had more experiences than everyone that applied there that day. Everyone else looked like they was 16, I'm 24 and was a manager in my last job until the store went out of business.

How I dealt with customers in different situations in my previous job
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
