The interview process consists of your typical retail interview questions: Do you have any previous experience from any other jobs in sales? When have you been in a leadership position? Are you a team player? Do you have a flexible work schedule? Better yet, most interview questions were not open ended and the whole process took a few minutes.

It was basic as it gets. They go by the manuel. Hardly ask any questions that matter. Because they will be working with me so they should get to know who i am more. not what generic questions can answer. They made me feel welcome so that's nice. Interview room small. 15 minute interview.
