The interview process was very easy. I received a call for the interview time, went in and waited for a bit in the employee lunch room, and talked with the manager. I was asked a few questions, but it was nothing difficult. Pretty casual for the most part.
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
