Easy, relaxed interview process. I applied online, got a call back for an interview a few days later, and was told to expect a call back by the end of the week. I applied for a cashier position, was told that there was an opening for a department lead and that I would be a "great fit" if I was interested. Decided to accept.
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
