Super easy. I filled out an application online, and got a call back to set up an interview a few days later. The manager asked a few questions about myself and my availability, and because I was 16 at the time, the manager concluded the interview with "well you gotta start somewhere and we'll be happy to start you here!" It seemed a little rushed, but it was the beginning of the holiday season and they really needed associates. Overall, it was a really easy and laid back interview.
The interviewer was friendly and asked basic questions like why I wanted to work at Kmart. They asked what section of the store I’d most like to work in and then if I could lift more than 20 lbs.
Many people interviewed together, and they asked some basic questions like Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
Why do you want to work at Kmart?
What do you know about Kmart?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?

It was like your regular sales associate interview about yourself and what will you do in certain situations whatever blah blah. This review isn't real because I wanted research a company that I wanted to know so jokes on you.
