It is very simple. Apply online. HR will call you to schedule an interview with you or you can call them if they do not call right away. The interview is straight forward and have some questions prepared to ask about the job and/or company. I was interviewed by a store manager because the HR wasn't in and it seemed like they were very understaffed and that they are willing to hire anyone. Once you're hired, you come in for training that is done on computers
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
