You first start by completing an online application, then you're prompted to do an online associates test of some sort... It's amazingly boring. When you have finished the test(s), you can expect a call from their HR. At the interview, they ask you questions based on off your answers from the online tests. If answered accordingly, you're immediately given the orientation. That's about it.
