Entrevista
Pretty pleasant experience. Of course, that varies on location. This was my first actual job interview, so of course I was nervous. I definitely over prepared for the interview, which is never a bad thing, I guess. She only asked me 4 questions. 1. So tell me a little about yourself. 2. What position are you looking for? 3. How many hours are you willing to work per week? After explaining how things work at Kmart, as well as orientation/training, she threw one more question at me: 4. What made you decide to work here?
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate, don't need much practice for most of them.
Straight forward applied interviewed chit got a call came in to an inperson inter view manager and another associate. Asked passed jobs I was in school asked about working weekends and over time how I dealt with stressful situations s
