Two phone screens, then one on-site interview took about three hours, then another phone screen. The environment was casual (dog-friendly). Everyone was super nice and friendly. I could tell it must be a great group of people to work with. Derek, their product designer, was willing to spend one hour to chat with me about the role, the company, and design in general. He even gave me some feedback and advice on how to improve myself to be a better designer. He will be an awesome mentor for this internship role. Overall, I feel grateful for this interview opportunity with them.
