The interviewer schedules the meeting and below is what happened step by step: 1. The interviewer didn't come on time. I was waiting and once thought the interview is canceled but then all of sudden, she appeared with a fake apology. 2. She read the resume and asked questions that were mentioned in the resume. 3. First 15 minutes, she didn't look face to face. It made me very uncomfortable. 4. It was a pre-screening round but the interviewer made me very uncomfortable by asking completely irrelevant questions. 5. She was only interested to hear good about the company and about herself. But I felt the interviewer is very arrogant, rude and in between the interview, I decided that I will not join this company. 6. No follow-up after the interview, no response even after dropping the email. Such a poor hiring process.
