A recruiter from the company found my resume on indeed and we had an initial phone call to gauge my interest and talk about the position. The first interview was on Microsoft Teams with two senior staff and went well enough to schedule a second in person interview. Most questions were standard behavioral and questions about experience. No technical questions. Submitted references soon after being requested. Two weeks passed by and no one followed up. Called recruiter to ask for status and it was indicated they were ready to make an offer. Nothing happened two weeks later after I inquired. Was ghosted by them.
