During the whole process I was in contact with their technical recruiter that was very helpful.
I've had 2 technical interviews over Skype and then I was flown to the site on Stockholm and had additional 3 technical interviews in a single day.
I found the technical interviews to be really good - Focused on technical design, coding and refactoring. There were no trick or memory questions and no strange puzzles.
The interview process was smooth and quick and I got an immediate feedback after every interview, which I found very pleasing.

Entrevista
The process involves several stages. The first is an online logic test to evaluate your pattern recognition skills. Subsequently, HR will invite you to a remote online meeting so they can get to know you better. They do not hire for a specific team/role and will instead see if you match with any of their teams.

The system design interview was the longest, about 2 hours. The idea was discussing how to implement a new feature on a website.

Dopo averci conosciuti ho partecipato a tre colloqui tecnici da remoto, su: il disegno dei sistemi (system design), la programmazione (live programming) e il comportamento (STAR behavioural interview).
