Overall I did not have a good experience. At first, the interviewer called 5 minutes after the scheduled time, which for an interview is lack of professionalism. Nevertheless, I got the call and it was difficult to answer the questions since the interviewer would interrupt me, ask a different question and then after a couple more questions come back to the first one. The interviewer was a little bit dull as well, making it also difficult to get comfortable with when talking. Since the call did not go as smooth as I would have liked, I did not get the position. I do not have hard feelings, but I would recommend probably preparing a detailed in-depth explanation of your resume making it as short and concise as possible and be prepared to talk with a guy who is going to question all of your work even though you know is right.

Recruiter contacted me via email and said that there would be an initial screen by recruiter and hiring manager to see fit. I was prepared for that. But suddenly the phone screen turned out to be full blown technical interview. If they informed me earlier then I would have prepared like wise. I felt like I was set up to fail.
