Received information through a recruiting service. After they received my resume, we had a phone interview with the direct supervisor for that position. Once the phone interview was concluded, I was reached to complete a assessment which was like the SAT/ACT and a personality test, but an hour in length. After passing the testing, I was invited for a 4 hour interview with 1 on 1's with 4 people.
