I applied online and had several follow up calls before scheduling an interview. The interview was relatively standard and involved me meeting the brokerage team I would work with and answering several real estate specific questions. The only abnormal thing was the timing of accepting the offer. The interview was on a Friday and I had until Monday to give my acceptance. It felt very forced and ultimately I decided it was a big enough decision that more time was necessary.
