The second step was a Teams call with the recruiter.
The third step was a n second online assessment through Talent Bank
The fourth step is an interview with the VP of Sales.

The recruiter basically asked standard questions to assess EQ versus IQ.
Though I scored in the top 5% on the assessment, the interview process ended because of scheduling mix ups. The lack of follow up is atrocious.

First of all, their titles are very misleading. " Sales director" should be changed to Sales representative. You're not a director of anything but making cold calls to sell ridiculously expensive senior living to elderly people. I bet they call their janitors the head executive of sanitation.
Like others have said in reviews before, their absolutely pointless assessments were so laughably ridiculous and did nothing valuable at all. Really, i'd almost recommend applying just so you can have a laugh at the 2 assessments that wasted 20 minutes of life.
After 3 remote interview rounds with people who have no interaction with the onsite team and no function other than being a corporate robot who want to pretend like they work or care, you go onsite where the environment is full of talking poorly about the other locations and brags about how good they are compared to others, even sister properties within the same company. Very egotistical.
The in person interview was supposed to be one hour and after 1:45 I had to cut it off.
Probably easy to get this job if you like that kind of environment.

Typical - why do you want to work here, and what's your greatest weakness.

I had 8 interviews with 8 different people until I received their offer. It was an interesting process. I learned a lot about the company and their culture by asking the right questions. Everyone seemed invested and real.

Questions ranges from standard interview topics but at the end they were asking unusual questions just to figure out my personality.
