Emailed in the application information on the website and was then instructed to fill out their full application form and submit it. Phone interview was set up in two weeks with HR, then was contacted for another interview scheduled in a week with the Art Director. Was told that I'd hear back if we wanted to continue further in a week or two, and ultimately was told that I was not a current fit.

The interview consisted of 2 phone interviews, then a phone call for a job offer. Both phone interviews consisted of the same types of questions however with two different people. I was fairly nervous for both interviews, but both interviewers were really nice which helped me calm down during the interview.
