It was easy. Publications matter a lot especially sci indexed papers. Apart from it 2 years teaching experience after PhD matters. At least 3-4 Scopus and sci indexed papers. Rest general questions are asked about subject.

Either head of the department or dean will take the interview. Basic questions will be asked and regarding publications and research. And teaching experience, subjects etc and certifications
