It was a 3 part process. After applying online, there was an email that I had to complete. There were role play questions where I had to draft an email that fit the scenario. Once that step was complete, the next phase was a phone call. It was very conversational... to better understand my experience and what the role entailed. The final phase was an interview/meeting in the office. I met with the Director of Business Development and the Director of Marketing & Sales along with an AE and a SDR. Although their were some interview type questions, it was more to determine if my personality was a fit in the organization.
