You have a phone interview first, and then they let you know after a week if you get the panel interview. I was interviewed by two leads, and then the manager, and then the supervisor, and was supposed to be interviewed by the head of IT, but she was out sick that day. They called me about a week later and gave me the good news. It took aproximately 3 months to get the job and since then I've seen it take longer for my collegues.
