There are two interviews: a phone call and panel. Interviewers are not supposed to show emotion or give positive/negative reactions to answers. Panel interview lasts 30-45 minutes.They also ask several follow up questions to each main topic to ensure thorough and honest answers.

I had four interviews over the span of four weeks. This included many emails and phone calls between. Only one of the interviews was in person, and that was with the person I would have been working directly with. The others were online. After the fourth interview, nothing. No response to calls or emails.

Interviewed with a recruiter. She was very sweet and easy to talk to. Asked about childcare experience and my qualifications. What my biggest challenge was when working with children. How I handled delicate situations when communicating with parents.
