I was going through the interview as a long distance candidate. I had planned on moving to the city and was looking for a job. My experience may be different. Started with a phone call and then Zoom interviews.

Went for an interview mid-day, interview lasted about an hour and a half. Met with 5 people. 2 two on two's one 1 one on one. It was a casual setting in the restaurant. There was zero follow up from them after the interview. I believe every candidate should be updated as a courtesy, especially in the Hospitality field.
