The interview process consisted of two parts: a general screening by talent acquisition and another one with the hiring manager. Both interviews were very professional and informative. The first interview aimed to get a general background on me and what I included on my resume, with basic questions such as why I am interested in the position and what attracted me to the company.
The second interview was very similar; however, it included a more in-depth explanation of both why Kiewit and why the position. I believe the questions were designed to gauge more of your personality and whether you will work well with others. Nothing too technical. Overall, it was a great interviewing process, very quick, and took about one week from start to finish.
