Interview was going smoothly until the Recruiter asked if my current position sells their own products I said yes. Because of that reason I cannot work at Kiehls because it’s a conflict of interest. Because of that reason it made me disappointed that a company wouldn’t want to hire for that reason, even though I have experience in retail and esthetics.
