Entrevista
The interviews were one on one and I would consider the interview a mix of behavioral, situational and standard. I felt relaxed with the interviewers but was not able to meet everyone on the schedule and there seemed to be some confusion at one point. However, all were professional and maybe it was used to see how I would react with change. I would not think twice to return for another opportunity with Kids II. I liked the company and their mission and values.

Entrevista
Interviewed with multiple people from all rankings and departments, everyone was very personable and conversational. My expertise not only matched the criteria, but I was able to prove out examples of issues that could be solved with their current planning systems, from direct experience. Good vibes all around. I even interviewed while I was remote and on vacation with no objections. Because thats what you do if you really want the job. After 5 interviews with all individuals verbally confirming I would be a great fit for the team, the head HR person texted me, emailed and and called me with "Great News " they and the hiring manager they had for me. I quickly responded, and discussed that I was remote and had poor signal, but that I could talk a little later once I was back to a stable cell area. The HR person kindly said, " you know what, be present while you are on vacation and we will talk the following business day (Monday). Which lead me to think how wonderful to have accommodated the situation and respect work-life balance. Monday comes no responses to my emails or phone calls, radio silence. Wednesday rolls around and I get a sterile email from HR telling me "I wish you continued success in your career." No explanation to the sudden change, no indication of internal changes, no apology for leading me to believe they were going to offer me a role. I found this to be completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It's one thing to be disappointed that you were not a good fit, it's another to be told there is great news and everything switched on you with no explanation. It feels as though a bullet was dodged. The hiring manager for the role couldn't find a suitable response to the circumstances and be truly honest with me about the sudden and abrupt weekend changes in the decision to invite me to work for them.
