There was no interview for this contract role. They sent me an email with information regarding rate and hours and asked if I was interested in the role. Once I expressed interest, they sent a contract.

Met with the hiring manager and I felt like I was talking to my colleagues or principal about math curriculum. Very straightforward and within a week, I received an email with an offer.
