The application process took about 2.5 weeks until a first email response. Then the consideration process took about a month with an initial pre interview and then a final interview (both through google meet), with them sending out their final decision a few days later. The first prescreen interview took place with one of their HR members and another newbie to spectate, and the final (second) interview with the same HR member and 2 line producers. The interview questions were generic and easy, and they said they like to have causal interviews. Overall, it was still a good experience and they were kind. Cons: Despite it all, the whole process was quite long (about 1.5 months of active communication and interview scheduling) and I found it unprofessional how they were about 2-3 minutes late to both google meet interviews. As well as following their final decision of my rejection email, I asked for feedback on my evaluation of which they did not respond. I guess that's common though so huh
