Never had such unprofessional experience. I was approached by KForce. They told they are looking for Continuous Improvement Manager for their client. I replied to their LinkedIn message that I might be interested and the next minute same recruiter sent me another "cold" message :) They definitely use some kind of LinkedIn bot that results in such duplicates. Honestly, not the best way to target candidates. After short interview she returned the same or next day telling that hiring manager is very interested and would like to have phone interview the next day. I confirmed. Just before the interview I was informed that the hiring manager can't make it as "it's Good Friday before Easter". Really? So why do you schedule? Take your time, celebrate holidays, do not schedule interviews as I actually planned my day. They asked to reschedule for Monday and I confirmed. Just before the next scheduled time they returned again telling me hiring manager is now on PTO. So they were unaware? They asked me to wait till she returns. Ok... More than a week later I reached Kforce recruiter to check what's going on and was told that hiring manager is now back but very-very busy. So their style is to first schedule job interview ASAP, reschedule it twice just before the interview and than tell "sorry we are very-very busy". Another week and I asked what's finally going on as, honestly, that experience was enough for me to avoid such employer at all costs. But now I am simply ghosted. No reply week later. Such experience is absolutely unacceptable, never was so disrespected by the hiring team. Will never apply through Kforce again.
