This interview process was 2 total interviews. I went in to interview with a recruiter for a job they were working to fill for one of their clients, and they ended up being honest with me that I was probably not the right fit for that job/company but that they thought I would make a great fit for Kforce. The employee are helpful and friend, and were honest about the role. They had a great training process.

Entrevista
I interviewed three times with Kforce, once with a Recruiting Coordinator, an Internal Recruiter and two Managers. They were all pretty casual conversations, just talked about my experience and the role itself.
They don't want anyone without closing experience, interview process was good but lots of unnecessary calls, you meet with people who actually work there, seems like ok company but i'm not fully sure
The interview process wasn't terrible. I was a recent grad and showed alot of tenacity which I believe helped me get the job. I was interviewed by multiple team members. Be sure to follow up with the manager with a thank you note
