They basically want you to be energetic and willing to work hard. They won't hire just anyone so you have to be professional and bring your A game.

Phone interview followed by a series of anywhere from 1-3 face-to-face interviews, one of which includes a "sales test" where three employees (judges) are brought in and you have to do your best to sell a product such as a pen, highlighter, or stapler. This test is used to see what your interpersonal skills will be like when on the phone with different candidates.
