Very thorough and intense but reasonable for the position. I spoke with several people, over the phone, casual and down-to-earth team members that made me feel welcome. They expressed genuine interest and I was given the reigns to ask as many questions as I liked. One team member had reservations and so they had me re-interview with a higher-up. Still reasonable and gave me the opportunity to clarify. I was offered a position after about 3-4 weeks, background check, and pre-employment paperwork. Don't be afraid to find the team and position that is the best fit for YOU. They encourage that.

Entrevista
I interviewed three times with Kforce, once with a Recruiting Coordinator, an Internal Recruiter and two Managers. They were all pretty casual conversations, just talked about my experience and the role itself.
They don't want anyone without closing experience, interview process was good but lots of unnecessary calls, you meet with people who actually work there, seems like ok company but i'm not fully sure
The interview process wasn't terrible. I was a recent grad and showed alot of tenacity which I believe helped me get the job. I was interviewed by multiple team members. Be sure to follow up with the manager with a thank you note
