3 rounds. One phone screen with internal recruiter- brief and trying to get a sense of commission based sales. 2nd round was in person with office Director- over an hour. He kept interrupting, providing analogies and asking to repeat things i had already covered.

Quick and job offered first interview but I declined because the pay was minimal and that could not cover my bills and transportation. Would interview again for another position if suited
This was a fairly typical interview process. It began with a phone interview. I was then called in for a one on one interview, and then finally there was a panel interview.

Interview was over all good but I am being asked to make a $200 payout for a G1 Tracker before I even get started is this legit? I've never been asked to make a payout after getting hired on.
