Talked with a representative at my universitites career fair and gave him my information. Then had an on campus interview with an employer. Lasted about 50 minutes and asked me a lot of C programming questions. A few weeks later they paid for a hotel room in Budd Lake and I drove down and had an all day interview process. Had about 4 interviews of 50 minutes each in the morning, all testing my EE, CMPEN, CMPSC skills then had lunch. After lunch I had a tour of the building and then 3 more interviews which were a little shorter and asked more behavioral questions. got there at about 8 AM and left at about 3:30 PM. Long day but everyone was very nice.

Recruitment call Followed by 3 round of interviews with coding easy to medium, 1 round of hard question and networking questions . Last round with the hiring manager discussing fit for the team.
