The interview process I experienced with Keypath was one of the best I have ever had. After submitting my application, I was contacted via email by an HR Representative and was asked to answer some relatively general questions about my professional experience and personality. About a week later, I was contacted for a formal interview that was all done through Zoom due to COVID. I interviewed with two of the Associate Directors and two current Placement Specialists. Everyone took turns asking interview questions. Despite being remote, I felt very comfortable with this type of “panel” interview process. Within the week, I was contacted and asked to set up a Zoom interview with the VP of Placement, which was one of the best connections I have felt with an interviewer. Within 2 days, I was contacted by HR and was offered the position.
I appreciated the steady communication and follow-up throughout this entire process.

It was a two round interview process. First round was with potential coworkers, second round was with management. It was a straightforward process which lasted 20 to 30 minutes each round.

Open and laid back interview process. I went through 2 rounds. First with future colleagues. Second with management. I was them notified within a week of an offer. Simple and straightforward.

It was a good process it was 3 rounds and I thought it was a good process. It was a Teams Interview and a phone interview. I thought the interviewers asked tough questions.
