I wish I had an interview. I was called by HR for an interview scheduled 5 days later. I spent those 5 days researching the ins and outs of the company, the company's blog, the position I would be in, and doing outside research as well. Then I was called TWO HOURS before my interview to be told that the position had been filled TWO DAYS before.
They then asked if I wanted to interview for a completely different position (which I wasn't interested in). HR then said "well it doesn't sound like you have the inclination or the experience for that position, so I think we should cancel the interview," as though I was being rejected for a job I hadn't even wanted! This company clearly doesn't value people's time.

None--informed 2 hours before interview that the position was filled.
Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en Keypath Education (Schaumburg, IL) en ago 2020
Entrevista
Started with a questionnaire, then very open and conversation with the department manager. Conversations were very authentic and open- one of the best interview processes I've ever experienced! There was a lot of communication in between each step, addressing all questions and concerns.

What is a recent compliment or feedback a manager or supervisor has given you?

For being an entirely remote interview process, I was pleased with how Keypath managed it. After submitting an online application, I was contacted via email about two weeks later by an HR representative who asked me to reply to a few questions that were pretty standard regarding my interest in the company/position, etc. About a week after that, I had a virtual interview with three of the Placement team members. In lieu of being able to meet in person, the video interview experience was not at all uncomfortable, and it still provided a really valuable opportunity to "meet" current staff and get a feel for whether I could see myself working alongside them. About a week after that, I was scheduled for a final virtual interview with the VP of the team, and again, it was a really pleasant experience. The next day, Friday, another HR representative called me to request I submit references (which is quite easy to do using an online portal), and by Monday, I was formally offered the position!
I would also say, as far as scheduling, the communication was really good, and I don't remember feeling like there was a lack of flexibility. I appreciated how the HR representative followed up via text when I missed the initial call and made sure I understood how to use the Teams platform for the interview itself.

Each phase was a bit different, with the initial email inquiry including pretty standard/generic questions, the first interview was more position specific (experience with students/customer service, professional development, etc.), and the final interview was more of a casual conversation/get-to-know-you experience.
